McKinney offers a great mix of established neighborhoods, newer construction, historic charm and a lively downtown. If you want choices — and don't want every neighborhood to look exactly the same — McKinney is a great place to start.
Frisco has grown tremendously and continues to attract buyers looking for newer homes, great amenities, shopping, dining and easy access to the Dallas North Tollway and surrounding communities. There are a lot of different neighborhoods here, so knowing where to look matters.
Allen is an established North Texas community with a variety of neighborhoods, parks, shopping and dining. It's a good option for buyers who want a suburban feel with convenient access to surrounding cities and major roads.
If more space and newer construction are on your wish list, Prosper deserves a look. The community has experienced tremendous growth, with newer neighborhoods, larger homes and plenty of new development.
Celina is one of the areas I would encourage buyers to explore if they're interested in new construction and want more room to grow. There are a lot of new communities here, and the area continues to change quickly.
Little Elm offers something a little different, especially for buyers who like being near Lake Lewisville. You'll find newer neighborhoods, plenty of growth and convenient access to Frisco and other northern communities.
